The No-Equipment Workout You Can Do At Home

Hello everyone! Did you drink a lot of water today? If not, drink now! Water is a basic thing that you need to make you healthy okay. I want to ask you one question, do you guys have a gym membership? Now, if you're broke enough to go to the gym I have an idea for you guys. You can just workout at home with where it is a comfortable place for you guys. I'm going to share on how to workout at home without any equipments.




1.  Walking
      If you are too lazy to go out you can just exercise with your pajamas. If you have a flight of stairs, go up and down them a few times.  (You could even grab a load of laundry as you’re going that way anyway!)  This will help to tone up your legs, while getting some low impact aerobic exercise as well. 




2. Jumping Jack

Jumping jack is fun and it will bring us to our childhood memory! Jumping jack is the easiest excercise because all you need is to jump and play with your hands.I always do jumping jack exercise after I wake up every morning. 


3. Dancing
 
Play your happy song and just dance for 20 minutes. I usually choose Rihanna hit song!

4. 
 
Pushups
 
  These are probably not the most favorite exercise of many people, but while they can be hard to do, you can find easier ways to do them.  You don’t need to pretend you’re “Rocky”, and do them with one hand; just do what works for you.  Do them on your knees, instead of keeping your legs straight.  Or, do them standing up against a wall.  You will be building up arm strength and working out muscles in your chest area.
 
 
5.  Crunches
The best exercise for building up and strengthening abdominal muscles.  When you’re just getting started, don’t worry about getting your head all the way up.  So long as you’re going up until you feel the stretching of the muscles, you will see some benefit.
